ABOUT
Meet Nora
Guiding women to form an intimate connection with their bodies to experience more peace, pleasure, and personal power
Nora is a trauma-informed sexological bodyworker and conscious intimacy coach, born in Geneva, Switzerland, and based between Seattle and New York City.
Her flagship program, The Love Doctor Training, is a 12-week journey into the healing arts, offered through her app, Sex is Therapeutic (abbreviated SIT with Nora). It's a practical path toward harnessing the power of conscious intimacy for personal and collective healing.
Her inner path began in 2015 with Zen studies under Monk Thupten Phuntsok and Anahita Moghaddam, founder of Neural Beings, and deepened at the School of Womanly Arts with MamaGena. She then immersed herself in tantra at the Source School of Tantra Yoga in NYC with Charles Muir and Leah Piper, and in the jungles of Brazil with the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA) alongside Baba Dez and Komala Lyra, exploring spiritual, sexual, and shamanic practice in service to humanity's awakening and healing.
From there, she built the clinical and somatic foundation that makes her work safe as well as transformative. She completed the Trauma & Somatics certificate program, studied psychedelic-assisted therapy with Elizabeth Nielsen and Ingmar Gorman, and trained in the neuroscience of empathetic listening through The Relationship Foundation.
She is a certified Yoga Nidra guide through Ally Boothroyd's School of Living Yoga, and a Human Design practitioner certified through Erin Claire Jones's Blueprint School, where she helps women remember their gifts and discover their sexual blueprint.
Most recently, she studied under Martha Kauppi at the Institute for Relational Intimacy (IRI), completing Assessing and Treating Sex Issues in Psychotherapy (ATSIP) and bringing clinically tested frameworks into her sessions. Today, she helps women meet their bodies with peace, pleasure, and personal power.
